BILLING FAQ

The purpose of Billing FAQ is to ensure a full understanding of billing procedures, policies and rates utilized by SociumDigital.  The following procedures and policies supercede any other billing procedures, policies and rates outlined on a contract or agreement that were executed on or before 01/01/2020.  It is the clients responsibility to read and understand the billing procedures, policies and rates which are outlined on this page prior to and once an agreement is excuted with SociumDigital. 

TIER 5


STANDARD RATE


Our standard rate is $280.00 per hour and is applicable to ad hoc support or development services not covered by a retainer or project agreement.

TIER 4


Bronze


Clients on this tier are billed at a rate of $150.00 per hour for retainers of a minimum of 50 hours per month.

TIER 3


Gold


Clients with retainers ranging from 51 to 100 hours per month are billed at a rate of $130.00 per hour.

TIER 2


Platinum


Clients with retainers ranging from 101 to 150 hours per month are billed at a rate of $110.00 per hour.

TIER 1


Preferred


Clients with retainers of 173 hours or more per month enjoy a preferred rate of $85.00 per hour.

 

Overage Billing

Should clients exceed the allocated hours within their retainer agreement, any additional hours will be billed according to their retainer rate for the overage. This flexibility allows clients to manage workload fluctuations while staying within their chosen retainer tier.

Speed of Service

The speed of service is directly related to the billing tier. While we promptly address all urgent requests, non-urgent inquiries are handled in the order received, with clients in Tier 1 receiving priority, followed by Tier 2, and so forth. This ensures that all clients receive timely attention in line with their chosen tier.

Billing Adjustments

Clients have the flexibility to adjust their billing tier or retainer agreement to better align with their evolving needs. We encourage clients to contact our team to discuss any desired changes, and we will work closely with you to facilitate a seamless transition.

Project-Based Billing

For project-based work, billing terms and schedules may vary based on the scope and terms outlined in the specific project agreement. Clients are encouraged to refer to their project agreement for detailed information on billing, milestones, and payment arrangements.
